International blue chip art gallery representing outstanding artists is hiring an organised, discreet and proactive Arts Executive Assistant. The role offers the opportunity to work across all areas of this top-tier gallery, in a strategic and administrative capacity. Pivotal liaison between the Managing Director and the wider organisation, ensuring smooth coordination across all business areas.
Responsibilities
* Executive Support & Communication – Gatekeeper and initial contact for all matters relating to the Owner (internal and external).
* Operational Oversight & Coordination – Maintain a high-level view of activity across gallery departments.
* Research & Project Support – Work across auctions, artists, and acquisition opportunities; set up bids and oversee ticketing and catalogue distribution.
* Artist Management – Correspond with artists and coordinate studio visits in collaboration with the AL department.
Required Experience
* 5 or more years of EA experience, preferably in a gallery or arts setting, with a solid proven track record.
* Proven ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic setting, prioritising competing demands and managing multiple problems.
Required Qualities & Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.
* High-level communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Strong knowledge and credentials within the creative industry and art world; must be well informed.
* Impeccable presentation and strong work ethic.
