Main duties of the job
Lead business management for the West Yorkshire MHLDA Core Team, ensuring high-quality governance delivery as directed by the Programme Director. Facilitate corporate governance, producing reports, minutes, and records for the WY Health and Care Partnership, Provide secretariat support for meetings, manage workload effectively, and represent the Programme Director as needed.
Supervise day-to-day team operations, setting strategic direction and fostering a positive, proactive work environment.
Provide exceptional verbal and written communication internally and externally.
Embrace organizational values, support continuous improvement, and provide high-level support to key stakeholders.
Work independently with integrity and maintain a positive, collaborative demeanour as a team ambassador.
