The Role
We're seeking a proactive and analytical Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. You'll be crucial in managing our procurement processes, from identifying needs to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, driving value and efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full procurement cycle: requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and delivery.
· Evaluate suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts for best value.
· Monitor supplier performance and KPIs to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate procurement records and data.
· Identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with manufacturers to ensure supply continuity.
· Developing sourcing strategies to optimize costs and leading contract negotiations for price and terms.
· Coordinating with Quality Control teams and logistics partners to ensure product quality and manage shipping.
· Monitoring trends in Far East markets to identify new opportunities or potential risks.
· Acting as a bridge with overseas factories to meet demand-driven, often fast-paced, product requirements.
Requirements:
· Experience: 2–3 years in purchasing, preferably with experience of overseas sourcing or international trade.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with knowledge of customs and logistics.

· Ability to travel overseas for factory visits and negotiations as required.

· Familiarity with procurement software and advanced Excel skills.
