Due to the expansion of our building and team, we are looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly pro-active Practice.

About us:
* The Practice is located in Welton, which is five miles north of the beautiful and historic city of Lincoln. There are highly rated schools for primary and secondary education located in the village and area. The village us steadily expanding and has all the amenities of a thriving community on the doorstep.
* We have an experienced team of three Partners, one salaried GP and two Advanced Nurse Practitioners. We are a well organised surgery with an excellent support team.
* Our list size is presently 9800 and we dispense medication to one third of these patients.
* We hold a GMS contract, are rated ‘good’ by CQC and are consistently high QOF achievers.
* We use the SystmOne clinical system with a paper light aim and have an internal Practice intranet.
* We use Accurx for consultations which are capped to a safe working level each day.
* We are members of the IMP GP Federation and local PCN consisting of nine local Practices.
* We have on site Physiotherapy, MSK Practitioners,, Mental Health Nurses, Midwifery, joint injection clinics, anti-coagulation clinics, nurse led chronic disease clinics and virtual Clinical Pharmacists.
* Medical students in regular attendance.
* Daily coffee break meeting with colleagues.
* Purpose built extension opened 2022.
