Description
Our client, who is in the Financial Services sector are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.
With a strong desire to keep learning, the successful candidate should be Salesforce Administrator Certified and have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud. In return, you will be given the guidance and support to complete your role.
Responsibilities
As the Salesforce Administrator you'll be responsible for:
- Gather and analyse business requirements and build solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements and solutions.
- Identify and define opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with operational rollout and support
Skills
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Solid Salesforce administration and business analysis skills
- Able to write user stories
- Be the point of contact and able to run workshops
- Declarative experience is essential
- Familiar with validation rules / workflows etc
- Knowledge and understanding of systems testing (regression testing, smoke testing, automated test tools)
Experience Requirements
Fintech/FinServices experience would be ideal, but not essential.
Proven track record of helping deliver successful software, IT and business projects/solutions
