Job Title: Litigator - Fast Track Personal Injury (EL/PL & RTA) Location: Sheffield Salary: £35,000 salary Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of RTA & EL/PL litigated claims from instruction through to settlement or trial. Assess liability and quantum, gathering and reviewing evidence to support case strategy. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other key legal documents. Conduct negotiations with defendants, insurers, and third parties. Provide clear advice and updates to clients throughout the litigation process. Work to court deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
