Paraplanner - Haywards Heath
Our client based in Haywards Heath is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This will be an office-based role, offering a competitive salary. You will work alongside and provide knowledgeable and technical support to Advisers to ensure the appropriate end-to-end management of their clients.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain technical knowledge of products, procedures, and law. Work with defined business processes.
2. Participate in weekly meetings to organise and prioritise workload; establish regular touchpoints to ensure activities and deliverables are on track and deadlines are met.
3. Act as a key contact for clients, handling correspondence via telephone, email, or letter, and attending client meetings.
4. Assist Advisers in generating client reports (suitability, annual review, meeting notes, portfolio) using Intelligent Office and produce or update technical reports as needed.
5. Support Advisers in utilising tools like cashflow analysis, risk reports, and investment analysis for client identification.
6. Conduct research to support advice, including technical product research and producing illustrations.
7. Support High Net Worth clients as required.
8. Assist administrators with group pensions and benefits.
9. Serve as the main contact between Providers and Advisers for investment and policy transfers, setup, and administration, ensuring clients are informed throughout.
10. Ensure client fees and commissions are correctly set up and maintained in Intelligent Office.
11. Support accurate monthly payments and forecast income for FCA RMAR reports.
12. Perform ad-hoc paraplanning tasks as needed.
13. Coordinate with Compliance Teams and complete remedial work to facilitate business processes.
14. Support the Head of Support Services in organisational projects and initiatives.
This role is full-time and office-based.
