A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Estimator to join a leading M&E contractor delivering projects ranging from £50,000 to £5 million. With a strong reputation in the industry and a healthy pipeline of major commercial schemes, this is an exciting chance for an ambitious estimator to play a key role in high-value projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work on varied M&E projects across multiple sectors, where you'll be given the autonomy to manage your own workload while contributing to the success of a well-established contractor with long-term career progression on offer.
Your Role as an Electrical Estimator will include:
* Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical packages on projects ranging from £50k to £5m
* Producing tenders, analysing drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure commercially viable and compliant bids
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure project requirements are fully understood
* Taking ownership of the estimating process and working closely with the wider pre-construction and project delivery teams
The successful Electrical Estimator will have:
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the electrical contracting / building services sector (commercial focus essential)
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and current industry regulations
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders
