As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high‑quality therapy services within the community. This varied and rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a real difference to patient care and service development.
Main Duties
* Provide clinical leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, including Therapists, Mental Health Registered Nurse, Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Assistants, and Administrators.
* Ensure safe, effective and evidence‑based care for patients across the locality.
* Work collaboratively with other community teams such as District Nursing, Community Hospitals, and health‑care professional (HCP) teams.
* Represent the service at senior‑level meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
* Support operational management and service improvement initiatives.
