The Role
We’re seeking 2 Front Office Administrative Assistants (1 Full-time & 1 Part-time 0.6 FTE) to support our Day Programs team reporting to the Front Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage reception duties, provide admin support, maintain records, coordinate appointments, and assist with data entry. Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries
* Provide administrative support to the Front Office Manager and program teams
* Maintain participant records and manage office correspondence
* Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling
* Assist with data entry and reporting as required
* Support the team with general clerical tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Who We Are Looking For
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry
* Previous experience in an administrative or reception role preferred
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to working in a disability support environment and embracing Bayley House values
