Requirements
* Serve as a client-facing functional lead, supporting project kick-off and driving functional requirements discussions.
* Collaborate with clients to gather payroll configuration details and finalize Strada Pay workbooks.
* Identify gaps or deviations from Strada Pay product and process standards.
* Work closely with the Strada Product team to configure the payroll solution.
* Validate payroll configurations and related integrations throughout all testing phases.
* Perform data validations within the payroll system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate defect triage and resolution with cross-functional teams.
* Provide knowledge transfer to Application Services teams for ongoing payroll solution support.
* Contribute to and update project plans to reflect progress and dependencies.
* Support data mapping, data validation, and issue resolution across all connected systems.
* Assist with resolving integration-related issues.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel testing activities.
* Define and manage workarounds for issues identified during the project.
* Oversee and support knowledge transfer to Delivery and Operational Payroll teams.
* Experience in a functional consulting or analytical role within payroll outsourcing or payroll software environments.
* Strong understanding of Singapore payroll processes, legislation, tax, and compliance requirements.
* Hands-on experience across the end-to-end Singapore payroll implementation lifecycle.
* Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and manage expectations.
* Strong ability to articulate, analyze, and document client requirements.
* Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to propose simple and effective solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfort interacting across all business levels.
* Ability to propose alternative solutions by evaluating feasibility, cost, and impact.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
