What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding service across café operations. Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the venues, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care. Assist with training, rota planning, and stock control. Be a key point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring every experience is memorable. What We’re Looking For: Barista experience is essential - you’ll be hands-on in café operations and expected to lead by example. Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality or events. A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
