The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN TA to support a KS1 child with ASD and challenging behaviour in a school in Havering. The successful candidate will:
* Provide 1:1 support to the child
* Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour
* Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
* Bring patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
