About This Exciting Role
We’re growing and glowing — and looking for a laser-focused Clinic Manager to lead one our existing clinics within the London area! As a Clinic Manager, you will drive sales strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and coach a high-performing team to deliver world-class customer experiences. You will be both a kind and capable leader — confident in making decisions, solving challenges, and inspiring others. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership position where your passion for sales, training, and skincare will shine.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Experience
·Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials.
·Collaborate with medical teams to discuss treatment plans with clients.
·Celebrate visible results with clients and support their long-term skincare journey.
·Address client issues professionally and promptly using Skin Laundry protocols.
Sales & Sales Strategy
·Drive clinic performance by meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
·Work directly with clients to sell memberships and retail products.
·Customize local marketing strategies in partnership with Marketing to boost outreach and footfall.
·Build strong relationships with clients and the wider community to promote new business.
People Leadership & Development
·Hire, train, mentor, and motivate a magnetic, high-performing team.
·Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, business updates, and provide feedback.
·Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and hit sales targets.
·Conduct performance reviews and develop individual growth plans.
Training & Onboarding
·Actively participate in onboarding and training new team members while managing day-to-day clinic operations.
·Foster a learning-focused environment with continuous development opportunities.
Clinic Operations & Compliance
·Ensure smooth and consistent day-to-day clinic operations.
·Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
·Submit stock reports and manage inventory efficiently.
·Create daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to meet financial targets.
·Schedule staff to optimize client coverage while ensuring cost efficiency.
·Maintain a clean, professional, and organized clinic environment.
Financial Management
·Track and reconcile daily transactions and payments.
·Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with clinic targets.
·Support cost control initiatives and procurement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
·5+ years of management experience in a retail or clinical environment (preferably in beauty/skincare).
·A genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.
·Strong leadership and team management skills.
·Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and digital.
·Confident with retail math, appointment/booking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
·Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
