Location: Oasis Academy Pinewood
Salary: Scale 2 (3-5) Outer London / £28,617-£29,436 FTE / £4,051-£7,223 actual
Hours: 6.25 hours per week (1 hour 15 mins per day) / Monday-Friday / Term time only
Contract: Fixed Term until 17th July 2026
Start date: March 2026

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated midday assistant. You must have a real passion for working with children to create a rich, inclusive and balanced environment. You will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. We are looking for a midday assistant who has the attitudes and skills to support our children to achieve their absolute best. Children learn best when outdoors and active so a large part of your time will be spent outside supporting childrens learning and play in our lovely outdoor areas as well as in the dinner hall while the children have their lunch.
