Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience at NeroPAY by supporting merchants and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.
Location: Stockport Office
Hours: Part-time (15–20 hrs/week, evening/weekend flexibility preferred)
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and phone.
* Clearly explain pricing structures and product features.
* Log issues into the CRM and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain friendly, professional communication with clients.
* Collect and share customer feedback to improve our services.
* Support the sales and onboarding process when needed.
