The Opportunity As the Registered Manager, you will: Take on the full registration of a 5-bedded childrens home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all relevant regulations. Work closely with senior leaders to embed a culture of excellence, consistency, and care across the service. About You Were looking for someone who is: An experienced Registered Manager within childrens residential care. Skilled in managing a larger home (4 beds) and leading a strong, motivated team. Resilient, proactive, and inspirational, with the ability to lead through change and achieve results.
