TRACE Publicity is looking for an experienced Fashion Senior Account Executive, who has the confidence to work both independently, as well as within a team, and contribute effectively to our growing Fashion team.
TRACE is a leading London based PR agency that works with renowned brands across Fashion, Accessories and Lifestyle Beauty & Wellness brands.
The successful applicant must show ambition, initiative, creativity and a desire to be part of an energetic team. You must have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent prioritising and time management, ability to work to tight deadlines and strong writing skills. Above all, you must show a genuine passion and interest in a broad spectrum of Fashion clients.
Minimum of 3 years agency and/ or in-house experience is essential with proven strong media contacts at Fashion Writer and Fashion Editor levels.
The SAE is responsible for the day to day running of accounts, driving and generating press coverage, writing press releases and providing essential support to the Junior Account Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Daily monitoring of newspapers and magazines, scanning for client coverage and pro-actively identifying new opportunities
* Generating news and product placement in appropriate titles and effectively cross-selling clients
* Writing clear, effective press releases
* Effectively executing approved creative mailers
* Overseeing the Junior Account Executive to ensure client editorial is efficiently scanned, filed and presented
* Preparing monthly client press reports
* Attending client meetings
* Overseeing product sample send outs, ensure the fashion press office is well run and organised
* Organisation and support at press events
* Proactively seeking out new media opportunities across client portfolios
* Daily liaison with Digital and VIP teams to ensure seamless campaign integration

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* Experience in product placement campaigns
* Experience event planning and implementation
* Ability to be creative with PR campaigns and their implementation
* Strong knowledge of the fashion industry is essential
* Ability to creatively & strategically implement PR campaigns
* Possess excellent team skills: can report up to director effectively and be relied upon to drive initiatives
* Ability to effectively work to deadlines
* Experience in managing and compiling client reports
* Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Understands client needs
* Delivers on time and on target
