As Service administrator you will be responsible for the assisting with the accurate planning and booking of Field Service Engineers and the required administration in order to support the planners
Key Responsibilities:
Call handling taking incoming calls from internal & external customers, dealing with them yourself and/or directing them accordingly to the relevant team.
Check Daily Pick List for Unconfirmed orders
Check Service SOP Board for overdue orders
Check Dashboard Service Overview throughout the day
Unassigned Service emails, reply or allocate to relevant areas
New Sales Orders Raise jobs, email customers
Weekly tasks to include monitoring dashboards for any Outstanding Works and/or Preventative Maintenance Visits to be scheduled
Monthly tasks to include monitoring Sales Order Processing reports and Preventative Maintenance Visits updated for each area
Support all service area teams with any requirements they have especially when others are on annual leave
