Building Services Manager - Exeter

Job Purpose and Scope:
* Assist with the procurement, coordination, and supervision of all M&E activities on site from start to project end.
Accountabilities and Key Tasks:
Manage all M&E activities with an emphasis on quality and safety across several key projects. You will be part of the leadership team and will have significant input into this scheme.
To be considered, you will have experience working on new build projects for an M&E contractor or main contractor on building projects.
