Term: Full time, 39.25 hours per week
Overtime: Available and paid at time + half
Salary: Hourly, dependant on experience, we are currently looking for a skilled sprayer and require a minimum of two years previous experience.
Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Thursday) 8am – 4pm (Friday)

What you will work with:
* Hand Spraying Air Assisted Airless, Gravity Fed and Pressure Pots
* Enclosed Spray Booth, flash off area and drying oven
* Extraction Benches
* Pneumatic & Manual Sanders
* Cefla Mito Automatic Spray Line (as and when required)
Experience Required:
* Experienced furniture spray painter with in-depth knowledge of solvent and water-based paints and stains.
* In-depth knowledge of hand spraying techniques and different applications.
* Highly experienced in the preparation of items for spray painting.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination & the ability to see subtle colour differences along with an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring quality checks are carried out before, during and after the spray process.
* Experience with the maintenance of spray equipment, this will include cleaning, changing of parts such as booth filters & paper roll, and any other maintenance work specified.
* Monitor inventory levels of paint materials & all paint shop and machine consumables.
* Competent IT skills to navigate the company ERP system.
* Work in an organised, methodical manner and take pride in maintaining a tidy workspace.
