Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a proven track record to support the re-opening of a Public house. Complete the offering, ensure it is marketed correctly, providing something missing for the area. This role can be permanent or fixed term, we ca discuss the package and offer share of revenue etc. the candidate will be expected to help get the venue up and running and growing with a plan to continue to grow and remain successful.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Review food offering, change if felt this is required, support kitchen team with costing, menus and future seasonal plans.
* Pu tin places all relevant systems and processes to ensure the business can run smoothly and efficiently.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
* Pu tin place safeguards and KPIs for the business, liase with the owners with monitoring and controlling the business.
Requirements
* Proven track records in building business in hospitality.
* Ideally someone driven by passion and self motivated in achieving great results.
* Aware of all necessary compliance and regulations relevant for hospitality sector.

Pay: £32,332.42-£47,538.09 per year
