We are looking for motivated and commercially minded graduates to join Brett Martin’s Graduate Sales Programme. This structured programme is designed to build your knowledge of our products, customers, and commercial operations — preparing you for a long-term career in sales or account management within our business.
Brett Martin is a global manufacturing company supplying a wide range of plastic sheet products to customers worldwide. These include polycarbonate corrugated sheets, multi-wall CST sheets, PVC Agri liner sheets, and thermoplastics used across the construction, agriculture, and fabrication sectors.
About The Role
The role is office-basedat our Mallusk site and provides hands-on experience in internal sales, customer support, and commercial coordination. It is ideal for graduates who want to gain in-depth industry knowledge and play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams.
Stage 1: Core Commercial Training
Handle inbound customer queries and sales orders
Build understanding of Brett Martin’s product range and manufacturing processes
Shadow colleagues across logistics, planning, and technical teams
Join commercial team meetings and product knowledge sessions
Learn and work within our systems (CRM, ERP, stock management)
Stage 2: Key Account Support
Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts
Build strong relationships with regular repeat customers
Coordinate with production and logistics to meet delivery needs
Support pricing discussions and monitor customer satisfaction
Use CRM systems to track orders, complaints, and customer activity
Stage 3: Commercial Project Work
Conduct market research to support commercial decisions
Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities
Work on targeted sales campaigns in specific market sectors
Support the wider sales team in preparing proposals and quotes
