Our client is seeking an experienced associate solicitor to assist with a caseload of Multi-Track Catastrophic Injury files. The successful candidate will work within a newly established and busy claimant litigation team. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload, including multi-track and lower-value cases.
* Assist senior fee earners with high-value and catastrophic injury cases.
* Delegate tasks, supervise work, and provide feedback to paralegals and trainees.
* Deliver excellent client service, aligning with core values and Client First Service.
* Maintain legal knowledge and participate in training.
* Ensure accuracy in case management systems.
* Suggest procedural improvements.
* Resolve and negotiate client issues.
* Participate in Business Development activities.
* Build professional networks within the region.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Good knowledge of Personal Injury law with claimant experience.
* Experience handling fast-track and multi-track cases.
* Effective communication skills, oral and written.
* Proficiency with case management systems.
* Flexibility to work across offices and travel within the UK.
* Strong client care skills.
* Self-motivated and independent working capability.
* Passionate about assisting those affected by injury.
* Ability to develop external relationships.
* Experience or willingness to lead Business Development is desirable.
* Full, Clean Driving Licence.
