Motor Technician Salary: £27,000 to £33,000 DOE Location: Bognor Regis Contract: Full Time, Perm Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (with an hour for lunch) and every other Saturday 08:30 - 12:30 Holiday: 28 Days inc. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine servicing and maintenance Diagnose and repair mechanical faults Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests Complete job cards and documentation accurately Maintain tools and workshop equipment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Essential Requirements: Valid UK Driving Licence Recognised qualification/demonstratable work experience as a Motor Technician Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics and repairs Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Hardworking attitude with willingness to learn Good communication skills Honest, trustworthy and dependable Willingness to support the wider business when needed Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment Ability to support apprentices if required Dedication to upholding our reputation for honest, quality workmanship Desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate): MOT Tester qualification Air-conditioning (F-Gas) certification About N L Autos (Bognor) Ltd Founded in 1995, N L Autos (Bognor) Ltd is a trusted, well-established independent garage with over 40 years of industry experience and a loyal customer base of more than 4,500 customers.
