Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support clients through the remortgage process, handling queries, ensuring service level agreements are met, and providing the highest standard of client care.
Your responsibilities include chasing documentation, corresponding with banks and third parties, and processing documents and data entry. You will work in a volume environment with deadlines to ensure caseloads are completed promptly.

* Previous customer service experience, from retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence over the phone
* Passion for customer service and delivering excellent experiences
