Marks Sattin is exclusively recruiting a new ALM Manager position for a well-respected Building Society in the North West.
Role Overview
You will join a team of 7 in an award-winning culture within a friendly and respected organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare daily and monthly risk reports and monitor key metrics.
2. Manage the timely and accurate production of Regulatory Reports and internal management information.
3. Conduct stress testing analysis.
4. Update and review the Society’s Financial Risk Management Policy.
5. Support key projects and the development of Treasury Management System upgrades.
6. Ensure effective risk control within the Treasury function by reviewing risks and controls regularly and ensuring adherence to processes.
7. Manage submission of regulatory returns and maintain Treasury records accurately and promptly.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong knowledge of Money Markets, Capital Markets, Financial Instruments, and Derivatives.
* Understanding of Regulatory Requirements and Treasury Management Systems.
* Financial modeling and reporting skills.
* Excellent presentation skills suitable for Board-level communication.
Compensation & Benefits
Up to £75,000 plus bonus, with flexible remote working options.
