* Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
* Support production teams with troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues
* Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, where applicable)
* Assist with new product introduction (NPI), including process validation and documentation
* Work closely with production, quality, and design engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow
* Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve KPIs such as yield, downtime, and scrap
* Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and engineering standards
* Support tooling, equipment selection, and layout optimisation activities
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar engineering role within a production environment
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
* Experience with continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing techniques
* Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Ability to read engineering drawings and use CAD (desirable)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferred
