The successful Senior Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:

* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, adhering to restaurant processes.
* Maintain a clean and organised work station.
* Assist with the development of junior chefs including demi/commis chef.
* Ensure compliance with all food and safety regulations.
