About the Role
We’re looking for a Swedish speaking Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information team at Inizio Engage. This is an exciting opportunity for a life sciences graduate with strong language skills to support healthcare professionals, patients, and customers across Swedish markets. You’ll act as a scientific expert, delivering accurate and balanced medical information while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality.
What You’ll Be Doing-
* Handling medical and technical enquiries in Swedish and English via phone, email, and digital channels
* Researching and analysing enquiries to provide accurate, evidence-based, and compliant responses
* Identifying and documenting Medical Information enquiries, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints
* Ensuring all work aligns with internal SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory standards
* Accurately recording all interactions in internal and client databases
* Supporting follow-up activities and case management processes
* Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity
* Collaborating with colleagues across the team, including supporting training and shared tasks where needed
What We’re Looking For-
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences
* Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
* Previous experience in Medical Information, customer service, or healthcare is beneficial but not essential
