The Role
Working with this highly respected Real Estate team you will be an expert in Commercial Real Estate Law, including Corporate Support, Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leasework, Acquisitions & Disposals and much more.
You will enjoy legal research and actively seek out developments and changes in the field of Real Estate Law. Utilising innovative and tech-driven methods, you will then ensure that your team is fully briefed and understands the current law with clarity and precision.
This role is not a fee-earning position and as such you will have far more flexibility in how you go about conducting your work and harnessing your time.

The Ideal Candidate
* Is an ambitious individual with 10+ years of PQE in Real Estate
* Previous experience in a knowledge or PSL role is highly beneficial
* Ability to comprehend and accurately convey complex legal developments through structure training and learning sessions
* Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
* Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
