Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
Lead on major refurbishment projects, TDD and dilapidations instructions
Deliver forward-thinking advice to landlords, tenants, investors, and occupiers
Drive PPMs, defect analysis, and commercial building surveys with precision
Collaborate with expert teams across multiple disciplines
Take ownership of client relationships and play a pivotal role in expanding the practiceRequirements:
MRICS qualified, ideally with 1-2 years PQE
Proven experience as a lead consultant/CA/employers agent
Exceptional communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships
Solid technical grounding across dilapidations, TDD, and PPMs
Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and confident working independently
