Systems Training Specialist – Mosaic I am currently recuiting for a Systems Training Specialist with strong hands-on experience of the Mosaic case management system. The Mosaic Stsyems Training Specialist will design and deliver engaging training for social care users, supporting effective system adoption and confident use across frontline staff and managers. The role covers training needs analysis, material development (guides, e‑learning, workshops), delivery (classroom, virtual, 1‑to‑1), and continuous improvement based on feedback and system changes.
