Salary: £37,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, consistent experience
* Act as the main point of contact and respond to client needs
* Train, support, and develop staff to deliver high standards
* Ensure smooth service, presentation, and customer flow
* Uphold all statutory and company standards
* Schedule effectively to meet service and budget needs
* Support budget control, cost management, and revenue targets
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and efficiency
* Ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH
* Plan, set up, and deliver events to a high standard
