Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Ward/Department Leader in ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing and monitoring nursing care for a designated group of patients throughout their care journey. Moreover, you will actively contribute to creating an effective learning environment while promoting a team nursing philosophy of care.
Responsibilities
* As a member of our team, you'll be accountable to the Ward Leader/Deputy Ward Leader for the day-to-day care delivery on the ward. This includes providing high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the highest standards.
* We're looking for candidates who are flexible with their working hours, willing to attend mandatory education updates, and take responsibility for their own self-directed learning.

Please note if you are successful in obtaining this position and the post involves regulated activity you will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service check. The Trust will pay for the check initially and then the money will then be deducted from your first salary once you've commenced employment. The current price of a check is £26.40 for a standard check and £54.40 for an enhanced.
