We're interested in meeting a self-motivated, enthusiastic, driven person to join our team in Amesbury SP4.
The role involves working with our Operations Manager/Contracts Managers
We Require the person to have a warm, empathetic and outgoing personality and who is willing to learn, with a can do attitude, who likes making and receiving telephone calls, and can work on their own initiative.

Incoming Calls
* Find out from caller their requirements and deal with their query - pass to specific person or/take message and then email the relevant employee/department with the details.
E-mails
* Check all e-mails in the morning and throughout the day and add to "To do list" action anything which needs dealing with during the day/ Liaising with the Operations and Contracts Managers
