About the Role

We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as a Stockyard lead Operator where you will cover for the team leaders holidays and assist the team leader to:

1. Ensure that all site safety rules are understood and adhered to by all who are operating within the stockyard (employees, haulage partners and customers)
2. Ensure that the Stockyard team have been fully trained to operate machinery (including FLTs and heat shrink guns) whilst maintaining training records
3. Ensure that you and your team provide a helpful and efficient service to our haulage partners, customers and field sales
