Job Overview
As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide professional administrative and business support to the UK Business Administration team, collaborating across the business to meet service level agreements and support a range of functions.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with multiple teams to support a range of requests.
* Engage with colleagues to fulfill support requests and ensure SLAs and performance standards are met.
* Prepare presentations, documents, reports and marketing material to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.
* Process purchases and provide system support.
* Conduct HR tasks such as onboarding and inductions.
* Coordinate events, meetings, socials, travel bookings and logistics.
* Support project tasks and requests.
* Provide cover for the Concierge team when required: answer calls, welcome visitors.
* Handle client and employee care queries promptly and professionally.
* Act as first point of contact for questions and queries regarding current systems, policies, procedures and business continuity.
* Assist with large printing, binding, photocopying and raising support tickets.
* Work full‑time from the office.
Qualifications
* Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Apps is desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Minimum of 10 GCSEs including Maths and English (desirable).
