17. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
18. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
19. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
20. Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills

25. Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
