Commercial Contracts Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to c GBP 85,000 (DOE) : This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer to handle high:quality work, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and direction of a dynamic team. THE ROLE:
- Advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, with particular exposure to the tech and digital sectors.
- You will be responsible for a varied commercial contracts caseload to include manufacturing and supply contracts, distribution and agency agreements, franchising and business T and Cs, outsourcing and tech:related M and A and investment deals and research and development contracts and joint ventures
- You will take ownership of client relationships, offering first:class legal and strategic advice.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts across the Commercial Team and the wider firm.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE ideally with experience in technology:focused contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically.
- A strong client service ethic, with a track record of independent client handling.
- The ambition to grow with the firm and play an active part in its long:term success.
- The ability to manage complex caseloads and projects efficiently.
- Experience of working both independently and within a team.
- A proactive approach to business development and networking.
