As a Warehouse Team Leader based in our Melmerby DC you’ll be responsible for:
1. To motivate a team of warehouse operatives to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
2. To ensure appropriate orders/instructions are processed in a timely and organised manner and lead team in physical aspects of job to meet objectives.
3. To coach and carryout on the job training for warehouse operatives.
4. To carryout effective measurement of team performance.
5. To conduct regular and effective team meetings/briefings.
This is a full-time permanent role working hours per week, Monday to Friday 14:00pm - 22:00pm

6. Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a warehouse environment.
7. Demonstrate customer awareness- internal and external.
8. Demonstrate high standards in people skills.
9. Successful communication skills.
