They are seeking a passionate and qualified Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity for a PE Teacher to make a positive impact on students' physical and mental well-being through engaging and inclusive sports and fitness programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing students' athletic abilities, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and instilling a lifelong love of physical activity. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive PE lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's sporting ethos across Key Stages 3 and 4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and celebrates student achievement at all levels of ability. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Lead and coach school sports teams, fostering a sense of teamwork, competition, and healthy lifestyles. Contribute to the wider school community by organizing and participating in sporting events and activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary level, preferably across Key Stages 3 and 4. Ideal Candidate: Passionate about physical education and sports, with a strong commitment to student well-being and development. Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Able to motivate and inspire students of all abilities to reach their full potential.
