We're working with a growing and reputable business that is seeking a Sales Support to join their team. This is a non-sales role focused on providing administrative and operational support to the sales team - enabling them to perform at their best and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
What you'll be doing:

Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and clients for queries, order updates, and general support.

Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring all client information and communication is logged.
*
Coordinating between departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Supporting the sales team
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
*
Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook); CRM experience is a bonus.

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment.
