Administration Officer (Temporary – Remote/Homebased)

Overview
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Administration Officer to support a national organisation’s Learning & Development function. This fully remote role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate data, and delivering excellent administrative support to ensure effective learning delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage course administration, delegate bookings, and learning events using an LMS (e.g. Oracle Learn).
* Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting on engagement and performance.
* Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and correspondence.
* Act as the first point of contact for training enquiries and support requests.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions.
* Produce professional reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within Learning & Development or HR.
* Knowledge of Oracle Learn or similar LMS platforms.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
