A reputable SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with Autism, ADHD, trauma backgrounds, or social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work with students, helping them manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and engage positively in the classroom. You’ll work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and therapeutic professionals to implement behaviour plans, de-escalation strategies, and supportive interventions.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
