This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant who is looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable young learners while developing their own career within a highly supportive and nurturing environment. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils who may present with: Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) Autism (ASC) ADHD and attention difficulties Speech, language and communication needs Trauma-related behaviours and anxiety You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within school.
