You and Your Team:
The Credit Risk Analyst will use data-driven insights to develop, implement, and optimise acquisition strategies for VBG.
In your day-to-day role, as a Credit Risk Analyst you will:
* Support analytical and data-driven projects.
* Contribute to workflow or process improvements and understand different products and processes.
* Gather and define requirements for insights and communicate findings to management.
* Support credit reporting processes, ensuring full documentation.
* Define data infrastructure requirements for reporting needs.
* Create management information reports, visual dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI or Excel.
Knowledge and expertise:
* Strong quantitative skills with credit analytics experience.
* Understanding of consumer credit, especially in subprime or online lending sectors.
* Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks.
* Effective planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.

The interview process:
* Initial 30-minute phone interview with Talent Acquisition.
* 60-minute competency-based interview with the hiring team.
* Final interview with Daniel Betts, Head of Credit Risk.
Our process takes up to 4 weeks but is flexible to your availability. You will speak with our recruitment team throughout.
