The group advises a range of clients, including onshore and offshore lenders (private and retail banks, financial institutions and mezzanine finance houses), as well as advising borrowers (corporates, funds, family offices and high net worth individuals) on real estate finance, acquisition finance, hotel financing and precedent documentation. They have particular expertise in real estate finance (both investment and development) in relation to commercial and residential property. UK experience preferred, lender and borrower experience would be ideal.
