As an Energy Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams with energy data management, regulatory compliance, and project coordination. What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service via phone and email.
* Maintain and analyze energy data, producing reports and spreadsheets to support legislative compliance and energy‑saving initiatives.
* Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
* Partner with internal energy consultants to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
* Draft and manage client agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Process legislative refunds and manage site changes, including additions, removals, and tenancy updates.
* Support metering and siteworks projects, guiding clients through each step.
* Keep CRM systems up to date with meter data, contracts, and agreements.
* Participate in ongoing training, monthly one‑on‑ones, and performance reviews to support your growth.
* Contribute to process improvements and share ideas that enhance service delivery.

What You’ll Bring
