Live-In Housekeeper/Companion
We are seeking a kind-hearted, genuine, and reliable live-in Housekeeper/Companion to support an elderly gentleman who has recently returned home after a period of illness and respite care. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day companionship and support.
2. Assist with light household duties including cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the home.
3. Prepare and cook nutritious, enjoyable meals daily.
4. Drive the gentleman to medical appointments, run errands, and assist with occasional outings.
5. Liaise with healthcare professionals or family members when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
6. Has previous experience in a similar live-in companion/housekeeping role.
7. A confident and capable cook, able to prepare wholesome and varied meals.
8. Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.
9. Trustworthy, compassionate, and patient, with excellent references.
10. Organised, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining a calm and respectful environment.
